Ulap had been selected as one of the 11 New Face Photographers for the Ulsan International Environmental Photography Festival!

The 2023 Ulsan International Environmental Photo Festival New Artist Contest

and discover young new artists with artistic imagination and expression.
Many young artists from home and abroad participated, and fresh and witty photos
expressing humans and the environment were submitted to suit the purpose.
There were many good works, so it was difficult to select them, and in the end,
11 artists were selected.

Selected works and artists can be seen at the
2023 Ulsan International Environmental Photography Festival New Artist Exhibition,

Ulap had recently finished his online residency for the Asian Performing Arts Camp 2022!
Asian Performing Arts Camp is a program helping emerging performing arts practitioners working throughout Asia to cultivate their own activities and fields going forward. By bringing together perspectives and research themes relevant to the participants’ respective work, the aim is to foster new values through discussion and joint research that transcends culture and nationality. For the open final presentations, each participant will publicly present the results of individual research conducted during the camp, and there will be a feedback session featuring guest feedbackers. For participants, getting feedback from a variety of perspectives presents an opportunity for them to further develop their research and ideas, while at the same time giving them the opportunity to take this back to their activities at home for the next step in their individual fields.

One academic year. One high school. Three stories.
For its fortieth season, Ateneo ENTABLADO’s newest production SY2122 explores three interconnected stories—that of a defiant teacher, an OFW parent and their child, and a gifted high school student’s burnout—all in the span of one online school year at Vitula Uptown School.
Directed and devised by Gabo Tolentino and co-written by Dolly Dulu, Tyron Casumpang, Adrian Soriano, and Mikaela Regis, SY2122 reveals and highlights the impact of online learning from the perspective of different stakeholders, and what this could mean for the future to live in a post-pandemic world.
Limited early screening tickets are available at 150 PHP each via https://bit.ly/ENTASY2122Registration
